A message to our community

Firstly, we want to show our appreciation to everyone within the Bluewell community. The researchers we deal with daily and the customers and clients we’ve gotten to know has been a true pleasure. From everyone here in the Bluewell team, we want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

We’ve broken down our holiday schedule below so you’re not left wondering where your parcel is. We will try our best to ship as many parcels as we can during this period, but please be prepared for delayed shipping and slower delivery times as delivery providers will also be operating on limited services.

Important: We’re still accepting orders throughout the holiday period, but please note processing and dispatch delays may occur due to reduced staff and high order volumes. The last recommended date for pre-Christmas delivery in the UK is Friday the 20th.

Royal Mail UK: During the festive period, Royal Mail services may experience delays. Please allow a few extra days for delivery, as orders sent via Tracked 24 may not always arrive the next working day due to seasonal demand and reduced services.

EU & worldwide shipping: These holiday timelines also apply to EU and international researchers. Customs processing in destination countries may introduce additional delays outside of our control, so please allow extra days for delivery.
