Delivery Information

At Bluewell Peptides, we pride ourselves on fast, secure, and discreet delivery for all research peptide orders. We understand how important timely shipping is for your work, and we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 3:00 pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm are shipped the next business day.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your parcel in real time.

Shipping Services

We work with trusted courier partners, including Royal Mail and DPD, to ensure your order is handled with care.

  • Standard and Express delivery options are available at checkout.

  • Express and guaranteed services are recommended for time-sensitive orders.

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and cannot be guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is selected.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

If there’s ever a delay or issue with your delivery, our team will:

  • Liaise directly with the courier on your behalf.

  • Escalate the case if needed to ensure prompt resolution.

  • Keep you updated at every stage until the matter is resolved.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Parcels

  • Parcels marked as undelivered or returned to sender must be received back at our facility before a replacement or refund can be issued.

  • Lost-in-transit parcels will be investigated with the courier (up to 15 working days for UK orders and 30 working days for international orders).

  • We cannot reship or refund while an active investigation is ongoing.

Important Ordering Information

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order — we cannot amend details once a parcel has been dispatched.

  • We cannot redirect parcels that are already in transit.

  • Same-day dispatch may be unavailable during peak periods, promotional sales, or when additional security checks are required.
