Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy

Dispatch Times

Free Royal Mail Tracked delivery is provided on all orders where the total order value is £100 or above.

Important: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same working day. In some cases, dispatch may take up to one additional working day due to order volume or operational requirements.

Weekend processing: Our delivery partner does not collect parcels from our facility during the weekend. Orders received after 2:00 PM on Friday, or over the weekend, will be collected and dispatched on Monday.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with full tracking details.

Please note: We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. During busy periods, including seasonal peaks such as Black Friday or Christmas, dispatch times may occasionally extend by one working day. Customers should allow for minor delays during these periods.

UK Delivery

UK customers benefit from priority processing and next-day delivery options. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.

Notes on Tracked 24: This service is usually next-day but not guaranteed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, or at any time over the weekend, will be collected by our delivery partner on Monday.

International Delivery

We also serve researchers outside the UK with reliable international shipping options, ensuring fast and secure delivery to selected destinations worldwide including Europe and the United States.

EU Customs Information

Since Brexit, all UK-to-EU shipments are treated as imports. This means your local customs authority may apply VAT and a small handling fee before delivery. These charges are collected directly by your national postal service and are separate from the payment you make at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check local import and customs requirements before ordering. Bluewell Peptides cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays, additional charges, or restrictions imposed by local authorities.

Customs delays: Once a parcel has left the UK and is handed to your local customs and postal service, it is outside of our control. Temporary delays or inspections at customs do not mean the parcel is lost, and we are unable to cancel, refund, or redirect an order while it is undergoing customs processing.

EU delivery speed varies by country: Our delivery partner reliably transports parcels to each EU country on time, but the overall delivery speed depends on how quickly your country’s customs and local postal provider process incoming shipments. Some EU customs offices are extremely fast, while others take longer, and this difference can add extra days to your delivery time. Any delays that occur after the parcel enters your country are caused by local customs or postal handling times, not by the dispatch process.

For UK orders, courier investigations typically take up to 15 working days. International orders may take longer, up to 30 working days.

If your delivery is delayed, lost, or returned, our team will:

• Escalate as needed
• Keep you informed throughout the process

Please note: refunds or replacements cannot be issued while an active courier investigation is in progress.

Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or there is a delivery issue, please contact our support team. Do not return any items until we have authorised the return.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and should include photos and a clear explanation.

Refunds & Replacements

We will offer a refund or replacement if:

• The product arrives damaged or incorrect
• Your parcel is lost in transit, after courier investigation is complete
• Delivery fails due to courier error

For missing item claims:

• Clear photographic evidence must be provided showing the missing item inside the sealed, unopened package
• Images taken after the package has been opened or tampered with cannot be accepted as evidence

We do not offer refunds if:

• The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete
• The parcel was not collected by the customer
• The item has been opened, tampered with, or is not in its original sealed condition

• Pay by Bank, Fena – FCA-regulated UK open banking for instant, secure payments
• Online Bank Transfer – Traditional and reliable, with full instructions provided at checkout
• Secure Payment Link – Pay safely using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or debit/credit cards via our checkout links
• Local Payments, Manchester only – Cash, Pay by Bank, or Bank Transfer, for same-day deliveries

Important Ordering Information

• Always double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot amend it once shipped.
• We cannot redirect parcels once in transit.
• Same-day dispatch might not be available during peak times or if extra verification is required.
• While our delivery services are reliable and typically meet the stated timeframes, they are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as courier disruptions, customs checks, or local postal delays.
• Saturday orders placed after the early Royal Mail collection are usually collected on Monday.
