5. Pricing and Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through approved third-party processors such as Stripe, Square, or Klarna.

  • Bluewell Peptides does not store or access payment card details.

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders placed before 3 pm (UK time) are typically dispatched the same business day.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Bluewell Peptides is not liable for courier delays, customs inspections, or circumstances outside our control.

  • Buyers must check their local import rules before ordering.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt.

  • Eligible cases: incorrect, damaged, or missing items (verified by courier report).

  • Refunds will not be issued if:
    – An incorrect shipping address was provided.
    – The buyer failed to collect the parcel.
    – Products were opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Returned items must be sealed and unused.

  • Bluewell Peptides reserves the right to inspect and verify claims before processing refunds.

11. Compliance and Risk

  • Buyers must handle all materials in accordance with laboratory safety protocols and COSHH regulations.

  • Bluewell Peptides supplies SDS documentation for all peptides upon request.

  • We do not provide dosing instructions, medical advice, or guidance for human administration.

  • Our products are not licensed medicines under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the UK courts.

13. Agreement at Checkout

At checkout, all customers must:

  • Confirm they are purchasing for research use only.

  • Confirm they are 18 years or older and qualified to handle research materials.

  • Accept these Terms and the Research Use Agreement by ticking the acceptance box before payment.

    Orders cannot proceed unless the buyer explicitly accepts these conditions.
