We proudly offer next-day UK shipping through Royal Mail, ensuring your order arrives quickly and securely. While our primary focus is UK delivery, we also provide international shipping options for EU and selected worldwide destinations.
Dispatch Times
Free Royal Mail Tracked delivery is provided on all orders where the total order value is £100 or above.

EU Customs Information
Since Brexit, all UK-to-EU shipments are treated as imports. This means your local customs authority may apply VAT and a small handling fee before delivery. These charges are collected directly by your national postal service and are separate from the payment you make at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check local import and customs requirements before ordering. Bluewell Peptides cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays, additional charges, or restrictions imposed by local authorities.

For UK orders, courier investigations typically take up to 15 working days. International orders may take longer (up to 30 working days).
If your delivery is delayed, lost, or returned, our team will:

Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or there is a delivery issue, please contact our support team. Do not return any items until we have authorised the return.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and should include photos and a clear explanation.
Refunds & Replacements
We will offer a refund or replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged or incorrect
- Your parcel is lost in transit (after courier investigation is complete)
- Delivery fails due to courier error
We do not offer refunds if:
- The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete
- The parcel was not collected by the customer
- The item has been opened, tampered with, or is not in its original sealed condition
